RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted for 14 days from original purchase on unopened items. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. (15% on all Power House lithium branded products, unused and in factory packaging ) All software related items such as mapping cards (even if unopened) are NON REFUNDABLE. Please email to obtain a RMA# before returning any item.
Refunds
Refunds can be processed on unshipped paid items and or items that were preordered and prepaid however a 3% fee will be charged due to non refunded credit card fees on our end from PayPal as well as Credit card processors.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
